Delivery Area

We currently only deliver within Germany.

Delivery to other countries is currently not possible.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany.

No additional shipping costs apply.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified for the respective product, the delivery time is:

2–5 business days within Germany.

The delivery period begins:

for payment via PayPal, on the day after the contract is concluded,

for payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution.

If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.

Shipping Provider

Shipping is handled by one of our shipping partners (e.g., DHL or a comparable service provider).

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Partial Deliveries

Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional costs.

Transit Damage

Please check the goods for possible transit damage upon receipt. We kindly ask you to report obvious damage directly to the delivery person if possible and to inform us immediately.

Failure to report a complaint does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
