1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs may apply in addition. These will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
• Advance payment (bank transfer)

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made within Germany to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–5 business days.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notification of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g., opened coffee packaging)

individually customized products
