These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop.<\/p>

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.<\/p>

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.<\/p>

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.<\/p>

By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.<\/p>

The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.<\/p>

4. Prices and Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>

All prices are in euros and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT).<\/p>

Shipping costs may apply in addition. These will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.<\/p>

    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.<\/p>

    Statutory warranty rights apply.<\/p>

    9. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>

    We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.<\/p>

    In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).<\/p>

    German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).<\/p>

    Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>

    The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:<\/p>

    The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.<\/p>

    You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>

    Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal<\/p>

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p>

    sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery (e.g., opened coffee packaging)<\/p>

    individually customized products<\/p>
